“Tricks of the Trade” No. 3 in Mojo magazine

Tricks of the Trade by Malcolm Holcombe is named No. 3 in the Top Ten Favorite Americana Albums of 2021, according to Mojo magazine. The release on Gypsy Eyes Records was coproduced by Dave Roe. In addition to playing bass on the album, it was recorded at Roe’s own Seven Deadly Sins Recording Studio located just outside of Nashville, TN.
